Terms of ServiceReturns are accepted if the product is very different from its description. The buyer can return the product (taking charge of the return shipping costs) or stay with the product and the seller agree on a new price that meets the expectations of the buyer.
If the product arrives unusable (Broken - broken) the refund will be made to the buyer without having to return the product or sent another in his place according to choose the buyer.
To be applicable this warranty the purchaser must provide proof with photos of the minimum product in three (3) different angles along with its packaging and the receipt of the company's postal service delivers the product where you see nitidamente date delivery. In this case the pictures should be taken not last 24 hours of receiving the product.
If your order reaches your country after 60 days we will refund the full value of your purchase and you stay with your totally free products.
All products are shipped in international postal services companies duly qualified, with tracking number and insurance.
Note: If these returns will be made to Peru or to Republicca China to the address to be provided to the buyer and should be performed in economic mailpiece and Ticket tracking.
